Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations within 24hrs before your scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 25% of services booked.
Any “no call, now shows” will result in a 50% charge.
There is a 20 minute grace period, past that the appointment will have to be rescheduled with a 15% charge of original appointment.
(24-36 hrs will be allowed for communication before card is charged)
